fbpx My Daughter Is Leaving For College. How Do I Stop Worrying?
Authored by Dr. Michelle Murray on September 6, 2022
Dear Dr. Michelle:

My 18-year-old is heading off to college for the first time and I'm a wreck! I'm happy for her and yet I can't stop all the worries in my head. And I'm really sad she's leaving. It's supposed to be a happy time but I'm feeling so lost. How do I get on board with sending her off to college?
