Dana Telander

Dana works as a Case Manager as part of the Youth Care Transitions team.

Education/Experience: Dana holds a BS in Psychology and Counseling and is passionate about providing trauma-informed care. She has experience working with youth in residential treatment and youth development programs.

Interests/Hobbies: In her free time, Dana enjoys being outdoors in nature, listening to music, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
