Sophie Johnson

Sophie is a Case Manager for the Youth Care Transition program. She has experience working with youth in school settings and in active youth programs.

Education/Experience: Sophia graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Science from North Dakota State University.

Interests/Hobbies: Sophie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going on walks with her dog, and reading.
