fbpx Can You Have Seasonal Depression in the Summer?
Authored by Dr. Michelle Murray on July 12, 2022
Dear Dr. Michelle:

Everyone is excited about summer except me! There always seems to be something going on and I don’t want to miss out, but frankly I don’t feel like doing anything. I just want to stay home and watch TV. Is summer blues a thing?

Dear Shayna:

Dr. Michelle K. Murray sits down with Tera Girardin this week to answer your question via video!

Dr. Michelle explains that "summer blues" generally refers to sadness around summertime ending. Therapy could be a great resource to see if it is general depression.
